VivahSphurthi offers digital matchmaking services. Due to the nature of our services (immediate access to database and astrological tools), we generally do not offer refunds once a package is purchased and the account is activated.
You may cancel your membership at any time by deleting your profile from the dashboard. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining period of the paid subscription.
If a transaction was made accidentally or if there was a technical error where you were charged but services were not activated, please contact us at vivahsphurthi@vivahsphurthi.com within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and process a refund if the claim is valid. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
