Our origins
Why VivahSphurthi was established
VivahSphurthi was established in Bengaluru to bring modern relationship considerations and Indian family traditions into one thoughtful matrimony experience. Its founders saw that finding a life partner often involves more than basic profile details. Families may consider regional customs, community preferences and traditional Kundali matching, while prospective brides and grooms also want space to discuss personality, lifestyle and long-term expectations.
Vivahasphurthi LLP operates the VivahSphurthi platform for Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil communities in India and abroad. We do not claim that every family follows the same customs or makes decisions in the same way. Our role is to provide structured information and culturally relevant pathways while leaving personal choices with members and their families.

What our checks can—and cannot—establish
Email OTP signup confirms access to the submitted email address. Where a plan provides document-submission options, any review is limited to the documents submitted. Neither signal guarantees a member's identity, conduct, intentions or the accuracy of every profile statement.
Members should independently confirm important personal, family, employment, financial and marital-status information. Initial meetings should take place in an appropriate public setting, and members should avoid sending money or sensitive documents merely because another person contacted them through the platform.
Astrology disclosure: Kundali calculations, timing analysis and remedial suggestions are traditional astrology-based guidance. They do not guarantee compatibility, marriage timing or relationship outcomes.
