Community Guidelines

These rules apply to every account and interaction on VivahSphurthi. Creating an account means agreeing to follow them.

VivahSphurthi is an adult-only matrimonial service. Members, referral partners and family collaborators must act honestly, respectfully and within applicable law.

Adults only

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
  • Provide your genuine date of birth and do not create an account for a minor.
  • Accounts that cannot establish adult eligibility may be restricted or closed.

Authentic identities and profiles

  • Use accurate, current information and photographs you are entitled to share.
  • Do not impersonate another person or create deceptive, duplicate or fabricated profiles.
  • Do not present generated images, automated conversations or AI-created identities as real members.

Respect and consent

  • Communicate respectfully and stop contacting someone who declines or withdraws interest.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual solicitation or sharing intimate content.
  • Preferences must not be used to demean or exploit a person or community.

No fraud or exploitation

  • Do not request money, gifts, investments, immigration benefits or financial credentials.
  • No compensated relationships, escorting, transactional matchmaking or exploitation of vulnerability.
  • Do not misuse another member's personal information, photos or documents.

Protect yourself

Independently verify important identity, marital-status, family, employment and financial information. Meet initially in a suitable public place, tell a trusted person where you are going, and never send money merely because someone contacted you through the platform.

Email or document checks are limited signals and do not guarantee a person's identity, intentions or conduct.

Reporting and enforcement

Report suspicious or abusive conduct through available profile controls or contact vivahsphurthi@vivahsphurthi.com. Preserve relevant messages and transaction details, but do not publicly post another person's private information.

VivahSphurthi may review reports and restrict, suspend or remove accounts that violate these guidelines, the Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.
